This might appear to be a completed work in graphite…
In a few days it will be much more… I’ll give you the details in another post.
Brandon Heath’s song, “Wait and See” has been running through my head as I work on this piece, “You’ll have to Wait and See, He’s not finished with me yet.”
How amazingly true that God isn’t finished with us yet. Keep moving forward…

Hi Valerie, thanks for you lovely comment on my blog. I appreciate your support.
First of all, as you know 'following' your blog just doesn't work on my computer. Lately, when I have come here and left a comment, I have been closed down and my computer says it can't open your site. But I am on it and have made it to the comment section! Anyway, I am using my husband's computer to see if this works.
I really like Brandon Heath's Give Me Your Eyes song and I also like this one too. I find the truth that there is lots of interesting life left ahead of us very inspiring. So yes, as you said, "keep moving forward".
I look forward to seeing what this work turns into - what with the mystery and all. :-) I will also take this opportunity to say how much I liked your 'The Intermission' piece as well as your lip post. Your students are very fortunate to have you.
I do enjoy reading your blog and if this goes through, I shall comment more often! :-)
This is beautiful and very mysterious. Nice song, never heard it before.
Nice to hear from you, Teresa!
Jo, not sure how mysterious it will be after it's finished. Thanks for visiting!
Hi Valerie... thanks for stopping by my blog and for your sweet comment. It's always nice to be encouraged by another artist and I love your work... and I love how you related the unfinished drawing with our unfinished lives... and with every day He continues to sketch a little more into our lives until that day when we stand before Him complete and perfect and finished... may we rejoice in faith in who we are becoming by His grace!! Blessings my friend!!
